At this stage, the films are manufactured with the blowing or “balloon” process, in extrusion (monolayer) and coextrusions of up to 9 layers, which allow us to adjust to the needs of each client in terms of dimensions, sizes and physical properties Mechanical
The printing process is made with state-of-the art machinery, the most advanced in Latin America and with a productive capacity to print up to 10 inks at once. Indeed, we are high proud of their precision, finished and capacity.
All this thechological advantage is supported by an outstanding art and design department. Its professional quality ensures the fulfillment of the clients’ requirements for their final product.
The lamination process consists of joining two or more substrates by means of an adhesive, forming specific structures, guaranteeing the barrier properties required by our clients.
We have Solventless technology (free of solvents) and solvent base.
