Extrusion and coextrusion

At this stage, films are manufactured by the blown film process, in extrusion (single – layer films) and co-extrusion (up to 9 layer films) which allows us to fulfill the needs of our clients in terms of dimensions, gauges, and physical and mechanical properties.

Special films

If you need special films, we also have the technology to develop it. You Will receive a product with the required mechanical and chemical properties such as:

Lamination

During the Lamination process, all materials are joined to form each specific structure, ensuring the required properties such as lamination strenght and zero solvent retention. We also offer Solvent-Less alternative if required for your product

Flexographic printing

The  printing process is made with state-of-the art machinery, the most advanced in Latin America, and with a production capacity to print up to 10 inks at once.

Cutting

Cutting is the process in which every film is transformed and adjusted into the specified mesures according to the customers’ needs. This step grants standarization and the right use during the packaging process in the clients facilities.

Convertion and pouching

The convertion and pouching process enables the film transformation into a final pouch or bag according to each specification requested or the final product requirements. In this stage different kind of seals are made, zippers are inserted or adhesive security band are added.
